As stated above, the only way you can get Illadelph products is through your local authorized retailer. If you leave comments inquiring about pricing and or wholesale, they will be deleted.
The only way to be 100% certain that the Illadelph product you are purchasing is an official Illadelph product is to purchase ONLY from the retailers listed on our retailers page. We keep our list of authorized retailers updated on a regular basis. You can rest assured that all Illadelph products purchased at the retailers that we list are legitimate Illadelph products.

If you would like to inquire about or purchase an Illadelph custom product, we suggest that you contact your nearest retailer (see our retailers page) and let them know of your interest.
Illadelph custom products are determined by Illadelph Glass. Throughout the year, we create custom (non-production line) and or collaboration products that we provide to our retailers. These can only be purchased at one of our authorized dealers.
We do not offer retail sales, nor do we take requests. Please do not flood our comments section with custom requests or questions. If you choose to do this, your message will be deleted. You have to inquire with your local authorized retailer about obtaining a custom Illadelph product.
In most cases, your Illadelph will not be able to be repaired. Although, in some instances a repair may be possible.
Please contact the retail store that you purchased our product from. They will be able to assist you with any questions you may have regarding the possibility of a repair.
